People look at the doctors like Gods, and the doctors realize that. Combined with the traditions of status, caste, and other habits, the doctors look at everyone other than the rich/connected people as some kind of a pig.

Next time, just go into a hospital sit outside Emergency or ICU and you will understand the different treatments.
