....do we need any more evidence to show that Indian judiciary PROCESS is completely screwed up.

Getting released on bail in itself considered a huge victory by the accused - knowing full well they would never go to jail given the snail-paced Indian judiciary.

does your post mean that an accused person may never go to jail, but if he ever does, it will be difficult for him to get released on bail?

does your post mean that an accused person may never go to jail, but if he ever does, it will be difficult for him to get released on bail?
