Nothing wrong with synthesis; it is cliquishness that needs to be attacked.

Does this mean you don't have the faculty or logic to answer the original query? It seems suspiciously so, you know. Akbar will remove you from the honour list. Beware!
C'mon, get that creative mind to interpret why left hand means hair parted in the middle!
The relevant question is my behavior with respect to Tracy compared to your behavior with respect to Luke Warmus. The relevant point is that your behavior is far more disgraceful and obnoxious which is why you have no right to question my behavior.
The extraneous question you are now asking refers to something that was discussed in detail in an earlier thread and has no relevance with respect to my bringing up past posts or exchanges of Tracy; or you talking trash about Luke Warmus and his wife after you became friends with him and he exchanged emails with you and revealed details of his personal life to you.

Richard, here is something that may be of interest to you:
Gult
A acronym for Gaand Ulta Louda Teda, used at Telugu speaking people from the state of Andhra Pradesh, India, though they have been fooled to accepting that it sounds like Telugu when read backwards.

You must have noticed... If a gulti enters a gathering/hall, the first
thing he does is to spot ANOTHER OF HIS BREED... AND HE DOES THAT
SUCCESSFULLY... (WELL, AIN'T AT ALL TOUGH)... Actually there is no
end... You can write several volumes on these Jackasses of Andhra... I
am sure millions around the globe will share my aversion to Gultis...
They are big embarrassments to the country and to south Indians,(I am
a south Indian by the way)

and i indicated to her that i know of her Multani connection through chat. this is something i subsequently clarified in a post to Hellsangel when i said she herself had revealed this piece of information. One other person who was present when she revealed her Multani connection was Huzefa Kapasi. When Blabber revealed her Multani connection, we had both asked her whether she knew or understood the language spoken in Multan--Saraiki. The reason both Huzefa and i knew about Saraiki is because there was a well known poster on Sulekha who was from Multan.
the logic in this case, therefore, is not inference but direct perception. PP Method fails yet again!

i think we should refrain from revealing personal info shared on chat (with a select few) on the forums. blabberwock shared it with us in good faith. i try to follow my own advice and though i may have slipped on occasions (and purely in jest), i am pretty confident i will never do this again. i am now extremely sensitive to members' privacy.

i agree. please note the following though:
1. this is the second time she asked me the same question. i ignored her the first time she asked me this:
https://such.forumotion.com/t5221-integration-synthesis-wk10#41203
if i would not have responded to her question, she would probably have kept on asking me this question again and again.
2. i did not give any details about her Multani connection. For instance, she could have been particularly impressed with a a movie about Multan. Or she could have attended a seminar or lecture about Multan which she found impressive. Or someone could have given her a present from Multan which she especially liked. The possibilities are endless.

So wait. Saying, "the same way i know about your Multani connection.", when asked how do you (Rashmun) know someone else is a gult, can mean any of the following?

the emphasis is not on the content but on the way of obtaining the information (in this case, chat) . Moreover, if you liked a movie about polish people to such an extent that it inspired you to start taking interest in polish culture, reading books about poland like the biographies of eminent polish people (like Madame Curie) and so on, watching other movies about Poland and its history, or even learning the Polish language then it could be said that you have an affinity for Poland or in other words 'Polish affinity'. Or it could be said that you have a love and respect and admiration for Polish culture. Or it could be said that you have some kind of connection with Poland.

Why did you snip out the characters 'inform' from the word 'information' in my post? Was this a genuine mistake or is this an illustration of the well known PP Method in which a poster tampers with the posts of the interlocutor and then proceeds to reply to the tampered post.

it does the change the meaning. 'information' makes sense. 'ation' makes no sense.
